You'd have to save wallpapers on your pc (right click/save picture as) then using your desktop manager to upload the pics on your phone. Just drag and drop em in the desired folder. Same with ringtones, either click on the ringtone or right click and choose "save target as" depending on your pc OS. Then drag and drop em in your ringtone folder using the desktop manager.
