Instructions:
1 - Download and install the Sasktel 7130e 4.1.0.299/4.1.0.291 software from
here.
2 - Delete the Vendor.xml file from C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\AppLoader
3 - Rename the BlackBerry.alx file located in C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\Shared\Loader Files\7130e-v4.1.0.291_P2.2.0.107 to BlackBerry.alx.old
4 - Download and extract the BlackBerry.alx file from
here. This should be extracted to C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\Shared\Loader Files\7130e-v4.1.0.291_P2.2.0.107
5 - Open Desktop Software 4.1 or 4.2 and update your handheld.
