Ok here's the thing. I've just spoke with one of my friends from the rep team. You will have to downgrade your dm OS just so that your.pc recognizes the device. Then what you'll need to do is put the micro ad card in your comp using an adapter and transfer the stuff on there and then put the card back in the phone. This is the only way to do it cause 71xx doesn support media manager in the dm.
Sucks big time I know. But that's as far as I know.
