New member here, not too long of a user. I did not know anything about a Blackberry before I stepped into my current job about 3 months ago.
I'm a Blackberry user myself now and I support them as well, whether it be activation hanging, java errors, not receiving emails etc.
I hope I can learn a lot from these forums as well as give back what I have learned in my encounters.
Oh by the way... I've tried an iphone and I hate it!
