Your going to have to download the file. Unzip it and extract the .alx file to a folder you can remember, new folder is best. Run the DM app loader and select the files out of your new file you want to add to your phone. Hit next once done loading and then hit finish. Reset your phone and your done.

all these were made for a specified phone. I dont think it would work well if u tried it on another, u can try but i wont reccommend it.
later on i am gunna look for games for the bold
