I have just purchased my first blackberry and ar unable to do a couple of things that my old phone did. Looking for help on the following:

1. Can you add the calendar in some way to the home screen to alert you that you have an appointment that day or an upcoming appointment later in the week, or have the next 2-3 appointments listed on your home screen
2. Is it possible to have the device return to the home screen after undertaking a telephone conversation (mine goes back to the call log)
3. Is it possible to have the screen be activated (including removal of screen lock) when receiving an email or SMS or similar (screen stays black)
4. During a call the sceen blacks out, I would prefer it stayed actived until call is finished
