Default Installing apps onto and running them from external SD memory

Run out of space on the device memory? me too...

Ever wish you could use some of those Gigs on your external SD memory card to install and run apps? me three...

I know a guy who says this is possible. But we couldn't go into details about it. All he could tell me is that you have to download the app files to your pc. He said there's a way to access the app on the pc and change the configuration of the app to install onto the external memory instead of the device memory. He said that you can then run the program from the SD card, but it will run slower than if installed onto the device. That's all he told me.

Personally I wouldn't mind if some of them run slowly if only I was able to fit them all onto my phone.

I need help from someone that knows how to do this.

PLEASE!!!

Help!!!

This sounds like a hoax to me, especially if he can't give you details about it and you have to change the app on your computer. Besides, blackberries don't have that feature... YET. But really, don't buy into it, probably just another virus carryin, computer searchin fool.

yeah, I got this program. It doesn't actually install the programs to, and run them from the SD card. Instead, when you download a prgram OTA it gives the option to install to aerize. When you select the option, it downloads the program to your phone memory like normal. Then you can 'unload' the program to aerize. this takes the program off of the device memory and leaves all associated files on the SD card. Then you can come back and 'reinstall' the app whenever you want. So if it's an app that you only use every once in a while, this works great. But if it's an app that you need to use all the time, not so much, since the unloading and reloading process takes a while.

Aerize Card Loader actually does this very, very well and it runs the programs directly from the SD card. I bought it, totally worth the $10.
