is there a way for me to get an mp3 ringtone to my 7130c other than OTA? If so, how?

you can transfer it to your phone with desktop manager, or if you have a memory card then transfer it to the card.

i dont have a memory card, its the 7130c. I was kind of hoping there would be a way to do it with a mac, but im not sure if this is the case.

oh, no memorycard. but did you try connecting your phone to your comp? it still should bring the phones memory!

I think if i recall the 7130 will take mp3 tones but you will need to surf to the web page with your phones browser and download the ringtone direct to your phone. The desktop manager does not support the transfer of ringtones to that device.

If you have a data plan try surfing to a ringtone site and see if that works. It should.

actually if you update the DM to version 3, you should have an media manager. it will open up an two tier window to list your files on your device and one for your pc.

you can drag file to your device and it will convert it. It works great on my 7130e
