Interesting...Ive got a 4 port myself. The hub is hooked up in the back and all of my cords into it. I had a similar problem where things I hooked up didn't work because it would automatically install drivers everytime u insert something into a different port. Did u just get the hub?

I recommend plugging the hub in the back, and the BB USB cable into the hub. Then just push the cord out to the front of ur PC (or mac lol) and just keep it next to the comp. It just looks cooler that way

actually the hub is plugged into the back of the pc I've always heard never to plug a hub into the front ports of a pc, not sure about a mac, the thing is my hub has 4 ports on the rear and 2 in the front, all of a sudden the front ports will not power or see my blackberry, so I plugged it into the rear ports on the hub and it seems to be working fine, I have a thumb drive in the front port now and it's working just fine, Microsoft has never really gotten usb to work right, even vista has usb issues you would think after what usb has been around for like 5 plus years, they could get it right. Thanks for the reply though, it's a great community here.
