Exclamation Media Manager Help
I just got a 7100g BB and when i hook it up to my computer, and then open the media manager, it doesnt recognize my BB ans i cant add pics or ringtones to it. can any one help?

Check the version of your BB operating system by going to Options>About...then make sure you download the version of Desktop Manager that corresponds to your version.

Yes make sure you're on handheld OS 4.2.1 or higher and desktop manager OS 4.2 or higher.

Also in your desktop manager click on options/connection settings and make sure it's set to a port where you put your usb in

i've tried 3 different versions of the desktop manager w/ media manager, and none of them work. oh well.
