Just a line to say hi to the other members...right now I am running a At&t 8700c,mint,unlocked,updated the software with 4.5(all by myself)made a huge difference in the phones workings...I just wish I had the talent of some of you chaps that really know what you are doing,I have to go by trial and error,sometimes the errors out do the trials...

Welcome! Glad to hear you were able to get it all done. 4.5 does wonders more than 4.2. And eventually you can get the knowledge/talent of some of us. Just takes time, dedication and of course trial and error. But when its all said and done, it will come naturally.
