When you go into my computer do you have a removable drive available? I don't know the 8700 that well but with the 8100 when it doesn't show through media manager it means mass storage mode is on and the comp takes it as a removable drive instead of through media manager

Try turning your mass storage mode on/off by going to Options/Media Card

Also when u plug in your BB and open DM make sure it says "connected at the bottom" then go to media manager and try moving the files (drag n drop)

So it means that with my 8707V (which don't have a media card possibility) it will not work?
It's not possible with such devices to put pictures or MP3 on it?

Try uninstalling DM 4.3 and download and install DM 4.2 SP2. There is a problem with DM 4.3. I also had the same problem, as soon as installed 4.2 SP2 all my problems went away. Have any problems shoot me an email or PM or post it here.

Thanks,
Jeff
