Well ud have to have a data plan as always if u do, try resending your service books. Go to options/advanced options/host routing table/hit menu and choose "register now"
Also make sure its nowhere hidden. On your main screen hit menu and choose "show all"

I've had the same thing happen to me on a 7100 and my8700. What I noticed is that It started when my phones content protection was set to the on position. When I disabled the feature and rebooted a couple of times it came back to normal. The difference is that I have os 4.1 but I hope it helps.

Ok, it should be the middle convenience key (between call and end call buttons). If u hit it it should open the menu...unless it is set to open the app instead. In that case, open the app and then hit the middle conveniance key...hope that helps?
