i have a bb 8700r and i put a program for thems on i and since then the phone is notmoving it stuck with a little sand clock on the screen and every 2 min it flash light and thats it/ i tryed to take the battery off and i put it back on and the phone still stys in the same

did you try to connect with media manager via usb...

After you get your berry working, I would recomend upgading to 4.5 OS
