Grrrrrr Media Player Help

I have an 8830 running O.S. 4.5 when i turn on any media with audio like my music playlists or videos or even try running through my ringtones after 2-4 files the player shows an error or tells me it is unable to play the file because the media player is bussy but never recovers unless i reboot.

Does anyone have any clue why or how to fix?

Much Thanks

How are you skipping? Through the skip button, holding down the volume up button, or backing out without stopping?

Default Hello

It doesn't seem to matter what i try. I can use the menu button, the scroll ball, the keyboard shortcuts it will do it every way and then sometimes it wont. other times i'm in my profile settings changing ringtones and as i scroll over each one they will play and for no reason it will sudently stop as if i shut the volume off and the only way to fix it is a reboot.

Well it would either seem you have a corrupted file on the media card. Or an issue with the media player.

I would back up your media card on your PC. Then format/repair the media card. Then reload your media back. If that fixes it you're good to go.

If not, you cab try a master reset. That may fix the issue with the media player.
