Default Problem with Updating My OS
So I'm trying to update the OS to 4.5 and I have followed the instructions on the forums, but for some reason, when the updating gets to "Connect to the device ROM," my Berry shuts off and reboots and keeps doing that until there is an error recognized and the updating just stops. Any ideas or suggestions?

Would security software have anything to do with this?
