Makes sense, so would you suggest shutting it down then pulling out the battery for couple of minutes and then start it back up again?

That's probably the best way to do it. I just pull the battery. I've never lost anything like people say might happen. You can shut it down or just pull the battery. Whatever makes you more comfortable.

New to the site guys. Trying to downloads some themes and I have tried both ways and no luck.

I follow the directions:

Using your *Register To See Links* do the following:
Install using your *Register To See Links*.

1. Download the zip file to your PC:
2. Unzip the file to a folder (name the folder).
3. Connect your Blackberry to your computer.
4. Open up Desktop Manager –> Application Loader –> Add.
5. Find the file called “ThemeName.alx” and click “OK”.
(I cannot find this file from the loader)

And on the OTA I have no idea were the links are to open from the blackberry browser.

PLEASE HELP!!
