does os 4.5 look like it the 9000 screen captures? any help on installing on osx? if not I can try in xp

Just install on desktop then go to C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\Shared\Loader Files\8830-v4.5.0.77_P3.2.0.51 and then delete the vendor.xml file then plug your bb in with your usb open DM and it will ask if you would like to update and then you say yes or ok or whatever.

Hope that helps anyone that needs it.

This will not work on the 8130, you need to get the 8130 OS.
