Grrrrrr nuked blackberry 8820

hi everybody,
i need some help please,
i have a 8820 blackberry and i formated it using "MFI-Loader", then tried to install the new software using "blackberry deskto manager", but the operation failed.
i tried more than once, then the device's screen became dark and it doesn't open any more.
just the red led flashes for a while if i remove the battery and then put it back!!
i tried to format it again using "MFI-Loader", but this time it writes to me:
"load flash image failed (mfi-14172-014)!"
i don't know what to do?!
is there amale function in the devise or something defected in it, or it's asoftware problem??
and how can i fix it??
i will be very greatful for your help.
