4.5 has not yet been released for the 8830. You'll need to wait for a bit. I know that it's been leaked, but it's not in the wild yet.

I've been running .101 for months. You need to google it. Forums who dont want to deal with legal issues would be wise not to allow links and dowloads to unauthorized betas to be posted.
