Grrrrrr Alerts & Holsters

Hi everyone..please help with 2 minor probs 1st is there any one holster that puts the phone to sleep any better than the other or is just a big hype 2nd I am trying to set an alert for when I receive a BBmessenger messge but can't seem to find where and how to set it..PLEASE HELP

I would say the OEM Blackberry cases have the optimal location of the magnet (which is used to set the phone to sleep) so they would work best. I really wouldn't want to try it with any other type of case which might have stronger magnets, which may/may not damage the phone.

wrt the alerts, open the menu that allows you to set your ringtone profile (normal, loud, silent etc) and scroll down till you see advanced. Once in advanced, you can set pretty much any sound that the BB will make.

go to profiles - advanced - the just choose the profile you want to change. you can pretty much change everything and anything in this menu lol
