I don't get it.. i d/l and installed BlackBerry Handheld Software v4.6.0.477 (EastAsia), after it was all done and complete, its still showing as:
v4.6.0.282 (Platform 4.0.0.235)

how did that happened? It was checked in the tic box along with alot of stuff with it.

But that is what it is supposed to show? The first post says:

It won't show the 477. As long as it says 282, it's upgraded.

None...my carrier is ENTEL Chile and i'm using this OS. The only thing you've got to take care on, is deleting the vendor.xlm file (step 4 from the instructions)

hi guys,
1- will be there any lagging?
cuse i downloaded some new themes and my BB got a little slow in navigation between the menues.
is it solid please inform

2- is it better to update it throw the Desktop manager?

the last thing
3- how do i get back the old OS if the i dont like the new one?
