Have you tried going to media>options>receive using Bluetooth?

Yes, because your Bluetooth maybe on. But your device is hidden from others. So you have to let your phone know you want to receive files through Bluetooth.

Your device is naturally hidden even when its on. That's why you have to go to your media and select receive using Bluetooth under your menu. Doing that allows you to accept files from specific devices.

Example*
Your friend wants to send you a song through Bluetooth. Before they try to send it you must first go to your media>music. Then hit your menu button and scroll down to receive using Bluetooth. Choose your friends device in your table of paired devices. Then it will prompt you on what is being sent, your going to save it and make sure it is going into your music section. Then hit save/accept. The file when then start the transfer process. When its done it will close on its own. Then go into your media>music and make sure its there.

No problem, that's what we're here for. Yeah its a pain to receive files through Bluetooth, but its okay when you get used to it. I'm glad I could help.
