Default Curve Problems

I've had my BB for about 3 weeks now and have had to get it exchanged twice.

It's a work phone that's linked to an enterprise server with a company IT policy but has locked up on "Organizing Call Log..." and given me application errors not to mention the original one I got the battery wouldn't hold a charge.

Has anyone see any problems with the curve like this?

So the browser icon just disappered huh...hit the menu key and make sure its not hidden. Do a battery pull and if that doesn't cut it...go for a master reset

or go to the Blackberry web site and download the same or a newer OS...a clean install will make sure that you will have all apps, and Icons. There is a OS 4.5 form Italy (official) that I am running that enables video html mail...all the good stuff..

Hoping that I won't have 2 kick myself n the ass later 4 speaking 2 soon but I've had zero problems wit my Curve8330 thru alltel. These forums help out a lot but are there anymore issues wit the curve that I should know about. The pearl had many issues so that's y I got rid of it.
