Arrow Help me!

so my phone rang a few minutes ago.... i answered and *nothing*.... so i hung up.... phone rings again and still nothing....

so for the past 10-15 minutes ive been trying to call out and receive calls and i get *nothing*.... no ringing, no nothing!!!! my screen says connected and then disconnected when hung up but no sound!

i have not dropped my phone, i have not done anything to 'break' it or anything that i am aware of??!! i was using it just fine earlier today and actually used it about 30min before this started happening....

can anyone help? idk whats wrong or what to do!

btw i have the 8330 curve.

Try installing the new OS if you haven't already.

To the OP, are you on Verizon. If so, this issue is related to MMS.

Sorry I havent replied my internet has been down.... yes, I am with Verizon. What exactly do you mean by the issue being related to MMS?
