Default Upgrade for 8320

Will this upgrade work for the 8320? And is it just for ASIA or the US?

Hrmm...what about the 8330? I'm running a VZW bb and still using the firmware that came on it, I'd love to upgrade to the latest though. Verizon seems to be dragging their feet about it.
