Default 8320 T-Mobile

I'd like to upgrade my TM 8320 to 4.5. When I do the install, will I need to re-install my other apps, such as BB messenger, wi-fi setup, etc?

Nope....providing that it restores properly. Make sure that you plug your phone into a dedicated USB port, NOT a hub.
