Default 4.5.0.110 update

I installed the 4.5.0.110 ATT OS on the 8310. The new os is ok now but I ran into the issues I had posted about earlier. I did a back up before the install and loss some applications.
My Aqua theme was no where to be found and I reinstalled OTA. My calander appeared to be an older backup version, Google Maps, NY Times, CNN, Weather Channel, Nav4All, all had to be reinstalled OTA.

Downloaded new os. All went well except for one thing. My ringer volume is half of what it was. Is there a patch or adjustment to fix this that I am not aware of? Anyone else have this issue?
