k.... nice well i actually google it and the same site came out i was gonna download the 4.7 but ended up going for the 4.6

you need to download 4.6 BBDM from blackberry.com for vista ver. do not download 4.7 which has some bugs for windows vista.

ok so i really need help!!!! I was updating my friends 8320 now it says error 507, when i try to load the apps again through manager, it ask me to enter his pin code, so i do, but then when after it show whats being installed it says connecting to device, then say " the desktop loader is unable to connect to the device, you may need to enter the password on the device". but i cant enter it in the device it just has the white screen with the 507 error on it. it never prompts me to enter the password. PLEASE HELP!!!

You now need to wipe the phone with Jl_Commander and re-load the OS from scratch. All will be lost.

i tried that but the phone still asks for a pw???? how do i know if it really whipped out the phone or if the phone is connected to that program right

Am i suppose to have the battery out well trying to whip ??? it says take the battery out in the pre- whip tasks??? can someone help me out. i also tried clicking the link about help if it does connect but to be honest i doent know how to use command prompt. i tried follow the but i dont understand it, maybe i just need more detail. all help is appreciated fellas

2. Change the directory to: C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\AppLoader

* If you do not know how to navigate to this directory follow instructions in 2a)

2a)

From C:\ prompt type:

cd Program Files <hit enter>
cd Common Files <hit enter>
cd Research In Motion <hit enter>
cd AppLoader <hit enter>
