First of all..thank you very much...now my BB is back online....love the idea that if i have a problem i could just log on the forum and their is a answer...great...

i dont have to run around the services center localy...belive me that can take some time here...

Is this a safe download for the 8330 WE phone, also I have verizon wireless if that makes a difference. I am also running v 4.2.2.148

No..this is for the 8300 only. Check the latest os for 8330.

Try running an app loader. If that doesn't fix it you will have to get the bb replaced.
