hey,
i just downloaded the new version of bbm but the pictures aren't showing neither can i change my display picture.
help pleeeease?

This should fix it as I had to do this once.

Register your device. Back up your contacts to your device. Then restore them. This will freeze your device for a little bit and it will erase your contacts. But it will go back to normal and bring back your contacts. So don't be too alarmed.

Once all said and done, your contacts pics should start appearing. Once this is all done, do a battery pull.

I did it and only 7 out of 99 pictures was changed and my dp didn't change either!!

Well, either 92 people don't have BBM 5.0 or you have too many contacts. Sounds like your phone is having a hard time processing it and won't allow you to edit.

Try re installing it.

no theyy have it and even when i had 50 contacts it didnt show i already tried to re install it

Then I'm not sure what's going on, that's what fixed my issues. But then again, I have 20 contacts.

i had a bb before this one and i had like 95 contacts and all the pictures showed
my cousin had the same issue but she said like it took about a month for the pictures to show
so i'll wait
