Hello there--just found this site and have had BB for 4 days. question--how do i download the free ringtones on my mac? any help would be great. found one i really cant live without. the site is a great help too.

You can try installing desktop manager but I heard some people cant get it to work...if you have a micro SD card, you can hook up the phone to the computer, activate mass storage mode on the phone, and then naviate to the Ringtones folder on the phone and put the files in there

This is great. I have a trouble though to download the ringtones. When I click right and select save target, it saves it as html. What am I doing wrong?

Default Ring tones
Hello. I tried downloading the free ring tones, and can't do it. When I click on the link and open it, it opens in a new window and doesn't let me save. When I do right click and save as target, it saves it only as html. How do I download ringtones?

ok, i have a question. i had a bb8300 and due to an accident at a restaurant, our server dropped a whole tray of drinks on our table and therefore ON my bb. so today i got the new curve the 8310 and i had done a back up on my old phone and i did the restore on my new one.... but my email isnt working, my txt isnt working,the themes i downloaded arent there, etc etc... it shows the icon with my email addy and everything, but when i go in theres nothing new, but when i check it online i have new emails. so its not getting sent to my bb.... any ideas?

U might have to re-activate the email but why wouldn't txts or themes work? Did it work before u restored it?

PS: Just FYI, if u start a new thread, it is more likely to be answered faster
