Default More trouble

hey guys im hoping somebody can help...so many problems for such a nice phone...lol

after an update Ive been having lots of data problems especially service book problems all of my virtual preloads are present but none of them show up..cant send picture messages and bbms go through as slow as molasses...i did a restore upgrade and downgrade the os...i wanna wipe everything off this device i did wipe handhelp...i WANNA WIPE EVERYTHING mayb this will fix my problem..called t-mobile and they wanna replace it..but i wanna fix it..any ideas?

Did u back up your device before the upgrade and restore it? Yea make sure they resend your service books, too that might help.

Restore the original OS for TMobile. They have 4.5.0.81 for your device. TMobile has problems with other OS that are not carrier specific.

Sorry that's for the 83xx curve. I forgot you had the javelin. I'm not sure what tmobiles exact OS for that phone is, but you need to reinstall that OS.

thats what i did..and im doing it again lol...i dont know what 2 do anymore did it around 4 time today

i mean is there a way that i can literally erase everything and reload the O.S ps. alucadfair i never loaded a non t-mobile os

ok so heres what i c what the main problem is...in the downloads folder of the t-mobile javelin there are these preloads that come with the service books such as telenav..facebook etc. and while all these are present in the service books list i only see one icon which is usually telenav..there not hidden i already checked..plz help

Look this up. Jl_cmder erases everything on your blackberry. Then you can reload your os back to factory specs. Then reload your device with your saved data. Hopefully this helps.
