Yes it is possible to install this on any other carrier's devices, as long as U don't forget to remove vendor.xml ..

btw, I just want to inform that currently latest OS is 8900M_PBr4.6.1_rel456_PL4.2.0.127_A4.6.1.310_AVEA. exe
