GrandCentral Goes Mobile
Talk about a god send for Blackberry users, GrandCentral, a telephone startup who has been receiving lots of publicity lately has just recently launched their service for mobile devices. For those not aware of the company, think of it as a central place to handle your voice mail. A Gmail version of voice mail would be a good comparison, where you can download your messages as mp3, search, and find out who left you the voice mail.
But the coolest feature of all, and what makes GrandCentral what it is, is the ability to forward your voice mail box to your GrandCentral phone number. So someone like kid doofus can use it to centralize his voice mail box, forwarding all his 3 or 4 or however many different Blackberrys to a single box. For the rest of us, we can use it to centralize our office, home, and Blackberry number. So if you were on vacation or just out on the road for an extended period of time, you can log on to GrandCentral Mobile and check all your missed messages
