you can use IM+ or Jabber . they both are messengers with msn,yahoo, aim, google... eveek download section must have these!

ok, call me an idiot, but I am still not sure what I am looking for on the download page.

also, blackberry.com and RIM have a download for Windows Live on Blackberry but it doesn't work on my 8100.

Could someone please take pitty on my patheticness and just give me a link to download windowslive, IM+, or jabber for an 8100 with OS 4.5? any of these will do, I just give up at this point >.<

I actually have been using google, for the past week. Which would be how I found this site to begin with. I have also contacted tech support for my service provider AND Blackberry itself. the former gave me a web address that didn't exist, and through the later I was able to download the program... and get an error message every time I try to log in. I have also done searches for IM+ and Jabber and was really hoping to find something a bit cheaper then $40 for the application.

The multi-IM programs all cost big bucks. You're stuck with the individual I'm apps unless you want to pay for it.

To download the individual apps, just go to the BlackBerry web site, or reload your OS to get the download icons back.
