i downloaded it and it shows up in my options menu but when i push it it doesnt open or anything.....what do i do?

try to delete and download it again using your desktop manager,..once you open it on menu option it must display the color option you want to use,(random,disco,or single color)...

i have downloaded bling ball but am unsure what to do next do i need a program other than win rar to open it?

update when i try open it it says the archive is an unknown format or damaged? anyone in the know can help me?

When I download it, it says it is corrupted.

All you do is download the zip file. Open up BlackBerry Desktop Media. Then click add program or something like that. Add whatever was in the .zip file that shows up basically. It has a .alx or another ending onto it. That simple. Then follow through with the steps. Make sure you have 4.5 os and your good. You might want to update to the newest version of BB MD which is 5.0.1 Everything will work fine after that.
