Remove lights from circuitboard in 8100, solder on 8130, and attempt to install program
Remain reasonably happy you at least have multiple colours behind your indicator led at top of phone.
Use an industrial colour dye and let your ball soak in it for a couple hours.
Make a colour that is hard to achieve with the 8100 (such as orange or yellow) by using a sharpie on the white led
Attach a proprietary led light (with custom auxillary button on side of chrome housing) that feeds off the power source for the led screen (so it shuts off with backlight). It's gotta be small. See this link to PSP customization of shoulder buttons with a blue led.

Or you could get an 8100!
MY QUESTION:
Does RIM know the amount of people that enjoy the colorpearl and why was it ONLY the 8100?
