Try to uninstall your older OS software that you installed to your computer. Re-install the new one, delete the vendor.xml file and try again.

This time, open your DM first, then plug in your phone once it's completely open.

i got a problem since i installed the 4.5 version my phone wont stop restarting any ideas

Did you install the absolute highest build available for your phone? If so, try downgrading to the previous OS.

Uninstall the old OS from your computer. Install a previous OS to your computer. Delete the vendor.xml file. Start BB DM. Plug in your phone. Now you will be prompted for an update, then it will downgrade your phone.

Go into you control panel > add/remove programs (visa = Programs and Features) and the old BB version will be listed there to uninstal.

Well i installed this on my 8100 (T-Mobile) and now i cant seem to get My Faves to load. Does My Faves not work with this?
