Attachments missing

hi

i got another issue on which i am unsure if it is working as designed. my situation is that i am using desktop redirector to push the mails to my blackberry. my service provider does not offer BIS service.

1. outlook downloads the mails from my pop accounts
2. desktop redirector sends the mails to my BB device

i can read that there is a attachment and i see the size of it, but i have no chance to look at it. now download option.

is this normal?

In most cases I'd say yes! It won't open the attachment a lot of time because of its file type or the size. Even some pics won't open only cause they're to big.

so, how can i read attachements eg. pdf, doc, txt?

You might as well need to find a 3rd party appl probably available on handango.com

i found that on my 8800 the attachechements are at the bottom of message highlight then open menu and options to open attachement should be seen in the menu
