for some reason i can't put .jad on my 8130 so is there a cippi the farting squirl .alx?

get an ota downloader set up on your pc. it will show you how to load jad files.

You can install .jad file through your device memory with desktop manager but you will need all the .cod files and the one .jad file for the theme to work. Its pretty simple just open up the folder were the .jad and .cod's are go to edit> select all> then copy. In desktop manager open media manager (roxio) and click device memory then paste the file in the box it will ask copy all file to Device memory select yes. Then on your BB go to media>device memory find the smallest file (thats the .jad) click on it and install. This method is for people without data plans who use the OTA downloader.
