Were you downloading the correct version of Documents To Go for your Storm? You need the one that is for OS 4.7 (Use your BlackBerry Browser to go to [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
The latest version of Documents To Go is version 1.007 (036). Check the one you already have on the phone. If it is the same version then there is no need to download.

I unistalled Docs to go on my BB storm and downloaded the link you posted. I extracted the files and tired to load them via the desktop manager and got a error message that read "No additional applications for your device were found" when I browsed and clicked on the docs to go .alx file.
Can you help me figure out what's wrong?
