My Storm wont turn on - eVeek

Hi,

I tried to upgrade my Blackberry Storm this morning through the Desktop Software but it said there was a fatal error and wont turn on now. The red LED is flashing twice then pausing.

I am new to the phone and to Blackberrys so need some advice.

just try updating it again, i got that error too, but i just attempted again and i got it lol

Same thing happened to me a couple days ago. But my red LED flashed twice and then never again. Called verizon and it turns out that its a defect. I took it to the store and they gave me a replacement free of charge. I upgraded my software to the new 4.7 and its been great ever since.

It could be that you have a corrupt OS on your storm or you are missing the OS entirely on your phone. No worries all you will need to do reinstall the OS of your choice from scratch using the App loader instead of the Desktop software.
