What is the prefered method to charge the Storm? My Storm is having serious latency issues if I charge it while it is on. I have to reboot it everytime to correct the latency problem. It runs perfectly fine if I turn the phone off first to charge it. I would like to keep the phone on while its charging. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
