My Storm is slow when I type - eVeek

My Storm runs perfectly fine except when im typing. I type a word and it takes about 2 seconds to show up. does anyone else have this problem?

Also im pretty sure i have the latest software (4.7.0.122) its with Telus

Its cuz of the touch screen, they fixed that issue with the storm 2

Get a Bold. Way better phone than any touch screen.

the storm2 software was released yesterday and it allows you to upgrade from the old storm software to the 5.0.0 software. i did it and it works faster and doesn't freeze. Its 1000000% better

You can search for it on google, I kno the verizon wireless site has it but idk if u can do it since u have telus and not verizon but its worth a shot

Ppl are complaining about the Storm 2 as well. Lag is the biggest complaint. The Storm SUX ppl!

Go to your local verizon store and they will upgrade your phone! I got the storm upgrade and I love it ...you may also need to change the speed on your phone....go to options->screen/keyboard and then change your key rate... it might be on slow which is why it is lagging so much, i keep mine at medium fast
