Log errors and warnings

When I went in to clear my log at the top of the page it said beside the event log heading "(warning)".

So whats the warning? How do I figure that out? And what should I do about it? Is my storm going to spontaniously combust at some point?

No you're good. The log is naturally on warning. Basically its checking to make sure your apps and device are working properly. In the log if you hit menu>options. You can change it to information, which is just that, or debug, which is also just that. You're okay with it saying warning, its just checking your phone.
