I am not getting my email!

Hi all, new here!

I set up my email just like I was told! I even called tech. Support and they tell me the email accounts are set up right. But, I never get my email! Please, help! I had a HTC Touch Pro and traded it for the BlackBerry Tour 9630. I love the phone but not getting my emails is starting to drive me mad!
The service provider is Sprint!

Try this.

Go to options>advanced options>host routing table. Hit menu>register now. It will push the HRT and reload the service books. Should take about 20 minutes to start receiving emails.

Also, if its a third party email like @yahoo.com, make sure you login to yahoo and confirm you setup the email to be directed to your device.

Little advice, Sprint Tech Service sucks. I know cause I have them as my carrier. I basically bricked my phone and they couldn't help me with anything. I did the research and fixed it myself. I suggest doing the same or you'll continue to be mad at Sprint.
