stalling issues

Hey my bb 8320 has been stalling A LOT lately, I use keypad lock and sleep for my phone and lately sometimes when I go to take sleep off so I can unlock it it stalls, the screen stays black, now iv tryed battery pulls iv tryed reboot iv uninstalled all the progams and themes I downloaded since it started and nothin it still happens, can someone plz tell me what's going on? Thank u.

Hmm, the only think i can think of is turning it off normally. Like hold down the end call button instead of putting it in sleep mode..
Thats the only think I can think of.. If that doesnt work I would take it to you're mobile provider. Unless anyone else has any ideas.

If I shut it off everytime instead of putting it on lock and sleep my phone would be useless, I wouldn't get any of my calls or texts or emails

You've done a log clear and battery pull?

I do battery pulls and reboots by clicking alt+caps+del but by log clear do u mean the memory cleaner app in security settings or something eles?

Hold alt and press lglg. A log will come up that has noted every single event your phone has performed. Hit menu>clear log and confirm the delete.

Also make sure that your sms, mms and emails are kept to a minimum as they back up your free memory too.

Also consider a Master Reset and OS upgrade.

Wow I didn't know that was there, thank u, I want a master reset to be my very last choice, and I tryed to do the upgrade that's on here but it didn't do anything, I downloaded It ran it and nothing happened.

Well maybe its the OS. Try going higher in the OS.

That's what I tryed, I'm running .81 and on here there's a higher one so I tryed to upgrade to it and nothin happend.

Ok here's an update, I backed up my phone and didn't a full wipe cuz it was getting worse, so far so good, let's see if it stays that way lol
