I've got an 8900 and I've been testing out a lot of the games. Need for Speed Shift for the 9700 (posted in the Bold games section) works perfectly! There are some other things posted over there specifically for the 8900 as well.
Try all of the Bold stuff, most of it works with just a little bar at the bottom of the screen, however some of the Bold games do work at full res on the 8900.
