MY BB (8300 & 8310) phone is currupt - eVeek

My peeps. Please I need urgent HELP.

My call list (called / recieved parties), BB messenger chats just deletes itself automatically and this started all by itself and when my wife (with 8310) downloaded a picture from my phone the same challenge started with her's too (curve 8830).

My OS is v4.2.2.141. Please is this a virus?????. I need assistance please. I have backed up my data and also wiped my phone, it stopped for a day or two and has started again. This is driving me nuts.

Kindly help please

Well, its def not a virus. Have u deleted that picture that you say started all of this?

No virus. Sounds like a memory clog. You need to upgrade to OS 4.5 and delete your event log and perform a battery pull once a day. Make sure you don't have too many apps or themes installed on your device, along with games. Make sure to delete your sms,mms and emails accordingly if they are not needed.

Use a media card to save images, ringtones, pics and music. This will and should help. Mt pearl did it to me.
